Terms of Service.

The standards and practical terms that guide your use of NitroX Automotive Automotive online and at the workshop.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Welcome to NitroX Automotive Automotive. These Terms of Service apply when you browse our website, create a customer account, request an appointment or use our automotive services. By using the website or submitting a service request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the online account or booking features.

1. About NitroX Automotive Automotive

“NitroX Automotive”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the NitroX Automotive Automotive business operating this website and workshop. “You” and “customer” refer to a person using the website, account or workshop services. NitroX Automotive Automotive is the trading name displayed on this website; the contracting legal entity and workshop details will be stated on your service documentation or invoice.

2. Website and customer accounts

3. Appointment requests and bookings

Submitting a date and time through the website is a request for a workshop visit. It is not a guarantee that work has been accepted or that a particular service can be completed. Your appointment is confirmed when NitroX Automotive communicates confirmation through the customer portal, email or another agreed channel.

We may contact you to clarify the vehicle, requested work, availability or inspection requirements. Appointment times may need to change due to workshop capacity, parts availability, safety considerations or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we need to change a confirmed appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and agree an alternative.

4. Inspection, quotations and authorisation of work

5. Vehicle handover and customer responsibilities

When leaving a vehicle with us, please provide accurate details of known faults, warning lights, modifications, prior repairs, security devices and any condition that may affect inspection or safe handling. Remove cash, valuables, personal documents and items not needed for the agreed work. Tell us about special operating instructions and provide all keys, accessories or documents reasonably needed for the service.

You confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorised to request work on the owner's behalf. We may ask for reasonable proof of authority before accepting instructions or releasing a vehicle.

Any road test, movement outside the workshop or other activity requiring specific permission will be explained and authorised separately where appropriate. We will not treat a general website booking as blanket permission for unrelated work or use of your vehicle.

6. Parts, workmanship and service outcomes

Parts, materials, methods and completion times depend on the vehicle, inspection findings and availability. We will discuss material changes with you. Any manufacturer warranty or supplier warranty on a part will be subject to that provider’s terms. Any NitroX Automotive workmanship warranty or service-specific warranty will be stated in writing on the relevant job documentation.

Vehicle condition, age, previous repairs, corrosion, hidden damage and existing faults can affect the result. We will explain material limitations identified during the work. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. Charges and payment

Charges are based on the work, parts and other items agreed with you. We do not publish fixed prices for all vehicles because requirements can vary by make, model, condition and scope. The quotation or job documentation provided to you will set out the applicable charges and taxes, where relevant.

At present, payment is handled at the workshop using the payment methods made available there, such as cash or UPI. The website does not accept online card payments or collect card details. Please obtain a receipt for payments made.

8. Changes, cancellations and delays

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact NitroX Automotive as early as reasonably possible using the contact details provided on the website or your booking confirmation. We will explain any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms before they apply. We will not impose a new fee that was not disclosed and agreed or otherwise lawfully payable.

Completion estimates are planning guidance and may change because of additional findings, parts supply, specialist work or other delays. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

9. Collection and uncollected vehicles

We will notify you when your vehicle is ready for collection. Please arrange collection during agreed workshop hours and bring any collection reference or proof of authority we reasonably request. If you cannot collect the vehicle promptly, contact us to agree arrangements. Any storage or late-collection charge must be communicated and agreed in advance or otherwise be permitted by law; we do not create an automatic charge through this clause.

10. Customer portal and service updates

The portal may show vehicles saved to your account, booking requests, service history, inspection information, job stages and updates entered by the workshop. Updates are provided for convenience and may not reflect every workshop activity in real time. If information appears incorrect, contact us so it can be checked.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information or use the platform to harass, threaten or defraud anyone. You must follow reasonable safety instructions while at the workshop.

12. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos and design elements are owned by or used with permission by NitroX Automotive or their respective rights holders. You may view and use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our content or brand assets without prior written permission, except where the law allows.

13. Liability and consumer rights

We will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill and comply with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing here takes away your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, undisclosed pre-existing conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. This does not excuse a failure by NitroX Automotive to meet its legal obligations or the standard of care owed to you.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something has not gone as expected, please contact us first at enquiries@nitroxautomotive.com with your name, booking or job reference and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time. You may also use any consumer remedies or forums available under Indian law.

15. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. Please read it before creating an account or submitting personal or vehicle information.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, systems or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that have already accrued to you under law or an existing agreement.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or other rights under applicable law, disputes will be handled by the courts and forums having jurisdiction under Indian law.

18. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact enquiries@nitroxautomotive.com.

These website terms are a business draft for review. They should be checked by an Indian lawyer against the final operating entity, workshop location, invoices, service warranty practices and local requirements before being treated as final legal terms.
